Shin-Etsu's TC-15TCP pad is a thermally conductive pad designed to thermally connect electronic components to their heat sinks. The TC-15TCP pad exhibits excellent electrical insulation and PEN reinforcement making it ideal for electronics that are electrically sensitive.
