Product Description
Shin-Etsu's G-1000 is a curable grease that acts as a high reliability thermal interface gap filler and provides excellent thermal conductivity and pump-out, sag, and oil bleed resistance. G-1000 has a high natural tackiness to anchor itself to necessary substrates, but develops no chemical adhesion to allow for superior reworkability.
