Product Description

Shin-Etsu's KE-1184 A/B is a UL 94 V-0 equivalent, dual component, heat cure, medium viscosity adhesive that will cure to form a tough, durable elastomer. KE-1184 A/B exhibits excellent thermal conductivity, electrical isolation, and unprimed adhesion to printed circuit boards, metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics.
